I doesn't discriminate whether your young old weak strong fast or slow. If you want to improve in the sport of football this book is for you. Take a second lookAt it's face this book seems to be a collection of random drills that can be successfully used in football conditioning. As I read and re read this book I truly came to understand it's value. If you sit down and take notes you will come to see a blueprint of success which has stood the test of time. The initial disappointment turns to enthusiasm. The most frequent complaint is that Davies does not show how to construct a comprehensive program. If you can get past the pictures (there are a lot of them... that's good) you will see that Davies clearly lays out what drills to do on which days. As you lay this out on a weekly/monthly template you will see that this plan can be adapted to any level athlete and produce exceptional results | ||||||||||||||||||||
