Olive the other reindeer

Just for fun, let's list all the foods in the world that cannot be eaten in their natural state. In other words, without being cooked or fermented.

Olives, for starters. And chocolate.

Cake. a whole mix of wheat, gluten, starch, salts, emulsifyers, and of course sugar.

And cheese. Ooo the bacteria!

I might have eaten quite a lot of uncooked cake mix in my past... Its not too bad or you! Rather tasty, in fact.

I've also known chinese restaurants that do a wired dish with uncooked noodles. My mum likes them. I don't get it really, its not bad, tub noodles should be mushy.

A food that can't be eaten raw... beef. Unprepared cow is a real pain to eat.

I recently found that not all places have 'savoury pies', for example beef or chicken pie. Is this true in America? I like the traditional apple/cherry pie as well, tub I'm also fond of the savoury pie.

Bread can't be eaten unless cooked (though toast can, as its bread before toast)

Well, savoury is just the word I meant to encompass all none sweet things.

Pies that aren't sweet would be:

Chicken and mushroom, Beef, steak and kidney, chicken, beef and beer... there are many.
