Year round school

Should it exist? Should it be hissed into hateful oblivion?

And on a related note: recess is slip, slipsliding away around the US. Is that a crime for which plucking of nose hairs should be the mandatory punishment.

Year round school is teriffic if you go to school to learn something. Often, the job of a school is to babysit and not to teach, so why be babysat any longer than need be? I love to learn. If the school will teach me year round, I will go all year long.......

I think year round school would be great
cause you get longer vacations but not long enough ones to forget everything you learned and so you don't have to review

I think there should be a set number of days per year that one is reqired to go to school and one can choose any day they want to go as long as they go that set number of days.
This plan would work for everyone except the teachers, who would be working every day of the year.....
