A sea turtle floated belly up on the sea. Seaweeds entangled its broken shell.

The penguin detective saw the turtle and sighed. It was the fifth turtle murder he had seen this week. Who could have killed an innocent turtle? Why would they commit such sickening crime? How could they get away with it???

Chapter I

"Wow! Is that a real place?" Aaron Nickel asked himself. He was watching a program about the ancient kingdom of Rowdor. Aaron had always wanted to study lost civilizations, but adults said he didn't have enough patience.

"Archaeologists think this plain was once the home to thousands of people in the Rowdorian capital of Minith. The city was the largest city in a country that stretched from Central Guallatiri to Northern Zamia. Located near what is now Lake Niracia, Minith was the central point on trade routes. archaeologists hope this is the site. So far, though, nothing to prove this statement has surfaced." the reporter said answering Aaron's question. "From Lake Niracia, I'm Rachel Sawyer saying good night."

Don't ask why I called it Fairy Operation but I did; it's just a temporary title.

This story is a fantasy romance, containing Magic, mythical people, and magical artifacts. I hope to finish this story, well book, by the end of 2006. I cannot garrentee it, but will do what I can. Any input on the part of readers around the world will be appriciated.

Some symbols used in this story may be confusing, so I'll explain what they will be used for.

"Quotations are pretty obvious, dialouge."

Martin Chen is a young boy who discovers a strange creature called a Chippetuck in the attic of his new home. The magical Chippetuck befriends Martin, telling him stories and leading him to many adventures in different and surprising worlds.

This was inspired by a picture of a raccoon when my niece asked what is that
