yesterday it rained a bit

it wasn't really hard rain but dancing in it was beautiful. Just think that rain brings life to all the wild plants (even the icky dusty smelling sagebrush) all the reds, yellows, purples, and blues in the forest, each green tree. It fills the lakes, streams and ponds, and gives a drink to all those bunnies and deer. It provides a place for the fishies to play and somehow a lot of people see rain as a depressing event that keeps them indoors.

When the skies are grey and the lightning is flashing and the thunder is crashing. Oh the majesty of such events. Oh nature's beauty. It's breath taking. so what if it sometimes turns the power off and a person has to resort to a lantern and a board game instead of a large light and the ever popular TV.

What a beautiful storm it was yesterday aven though the power didn't go off. But maybe next time.
