You know, I let school work/other tasks get in the way of a trip to Russia and then Mexico when I was in high school; and a homework assignment get in the way of a trip to southern Utah when I was in college. I've always regretted it.

Resolve to learn from this never to let the trivial get in your way again.

At least, though, you have been to Mexico before and you can certainly go again, another year, on your own.
